Mr. Tatum, former Senior VP of Technology at General Electric, managed all physical security products and directed software design and development of Financial Reporting Systems, H.R. and Payroll for General Electric Information Services Company.
During his successful career, Mr. Tatum has managed domestic and international corporate and government clients, developed security policy systems procedures and risk mitigation strategies conducted security vulnerability assessments, and, designed and integrated security systems.
Included in his list of clients are major airports, foreign and domestic seaports, energy companies, public utilities, global supply chain manufacturers and distributors, and transit authorities. Mr. Tatum is considered a Subject Matter Expert in Global Supply Chain Security including the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT), the International Ship and Port Facility Security Code (ISPS), and the Maritime Transportation Security Act (MTSA). Mr. Tatum has also developed Chemical Facility Anti-Terrorism Standards (CFATS) and Pipeline Hazard Materials Security Act (PHMSA) security plans to meet compliance requirements.
While at General Electric Corporation as Sr. VP of Technology, Mr. Tatum directed software design and development of Financial Applications for GE Information Services Company (GEISCO). He managed the systems and computer operations centers, and consolidated the financial results of General Electric Corporation's 425 subsidiary corporations. Mr. Tatum also managed a Systems Engineering staff of 145 with an International Operations staff of over 350. Mr. Tatum holds an M.B.A. in International Finance from San Diego State University.

MARTIN MILLER

For over 40 years, Mr. Miller has been involved in threat analysis, threat identification, and threat neutralization.
Mr. Miller has also been involved in intelligence sharing among various governmental organizations. Mr. Miller has lived in Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, and has extensive contacts with potential customers internationally. Mr. Miller was the CEO of Strategic Protection Corporation, an international sales and marketing firm specializing in the sales of military and defense products, which was acquired by Armour Group, Inc., in September 2010.
Mr. Miller has been listed in Who’s Who in America since 1968, and served on various public, private, and not-for-profit boards. Mr. Miller has also served as an advisor to the New York State Legislature. Mr. Miller’s Master’s thesis on Omnibus Banking was published in brief submitted to US Supreme Court.

Mr. Hosch is a veteran investment banker with a wide range of expertise in the financial services arena.
During his 30+ year career Mr. Hosch has established a proven track record of success across multiple investment categories from the development of real estate and oil and gas companies, to taking public software, healthcare and bio-technology companies, among others. Mr. Hosch has a uniquely broad perspective and extraordinary understanding of investment banking and deal-making in global capital markets.
His expertise includes the placement of equity and convertible securities for public and private companies. During the course of his career, Mr. Hosch has served in various senior level management positions, including that of President of a regional investment banking firm, where he was responsible for 150 brokers operating throughout the country. Mr. Hosch has a wealth of top tier management, supervisory, compliance, development, and operational expertise. Mr. Hosch holds a BA in Accounting from Texas A&M University.

Mr. Khan has over 27 years of experience in banking & finance management, specializing in international banking & investment.
Mr. Khan's international banking and investment experience spans locations in Spain, Switzerland, the Caribbean, Belgium, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, China, and the Philippines. During his career, Mr. Khan has directed full service branch operations, foreign exchange deposits, assets marketing and management, credit proposal structuring and presentation, international trade finance products and operations, credit control and authorization, foreign exchange-related financial instruments (i.e., options and FRAs), acquisitions, the establishment of international and offshore banks, brokerage and asset management, and private and investment banking. Mr. Khan holds an MBA from the University of Hull, UK.
